The quality of your internet service always has an impact on the stream quality. Please ensure you have a good data plan with your provider if you wish to use mobile devices.

Refund of a Live Event
Live events are subject to varying conditions that may impact the delivery of the broadcast.
We offer refunds for the following scenarios: -
1. Where the technical issues prevent a substantial delay or prevent any reasonable broadcast of an event such as power outages and force majeure.
2. Any other factors that may influence the event promoter to cancel the show or the broadcast or where no provision for recording of the event exists.

3. Generally, if a user has paid for a live event and wishes to cancel the purchased ticket, he/she must do so prior 1-2hours prior to the start of the live stream via the support portal.

Refund for Video On Demand
Generally Video on demand content is available for a period of time for a patron to access.
Typically a user may consume the product at his/her leisure.
1. If a concert is purchased and unused the remedy would be to extend the subscription timeframe.
2. If a purchasing error is where patron has a double payment the excess ticketing would be refunded.

Refunds are initiated via our Customer Support portal or via your payment processor ie PAYPAL or STRIPE.
For cancellations of live events refunds may be processed immediately or within 24-48 hours.
A request for refund via PAYPAL may result in a query being lodged and the process may take 3-5 days for resolution.
